Basmathi Rice – 2 cup cooked
Tomato -2 big
Onion -1 medium
Garlic – 2 crushed
Green Chilly -2
Coriander leaves paste – one handful leaves (make a paste with little water)
Whole Spices – Cinnamon, Grambu, Cardamom, Bay leaf ,Jeera
Chilly pwdr – 1/2 tsp
Coriander pwdr – 3/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

Paneer Rice:-
Basmathi Rice – 2 cup cooked
Paneer- 200g
Onion – 1 medium
Ginger & Garlic -1 tbsp
Jeera -1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – as needed
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
